We are always in the space in-between… all the spaces where you are, are not actually home. You haven’t arrived yet…. This is where our mind is the most open. We are alert, we are sensitive, and destiny can happen. We do not have any barriers and we are vulnerable. Vulnerability is important. It means we are completely alive and this is an extremely important space. This is for me the space from which my work generates.

Also, really good article by Yimmy Yayo, inspired by the picture, Notes on love
“The city’s the best gallery I could imagine. I would never have to make a book and then present it to a gallery and let them decide if my work was nice enough to show it to people. I would control it directly with the public in the streets.”
“Art is not supposed to change the world, to change practical things, but to change perceptions. Art can change the way we see the world. Art can create an analogy.”

From Louise Bourgeois
“Art is manipulation without intervention.”
“I am not what I am, I am what I do with my hands.”
‘There is something very special in being able to sublimate your unconscious, and something very painful in the access to it…’
“My childhood has never lost its magic, it has never lost its mystery, and it has never lost its drama.”
“My work disturbs people and nobody wants to be disturbed. They are not fully aware of the effect my work has on them, but they know it is disturbing.”
“Art is a guarantee of sanity. That is the most important thing I have said.”

After Andrea Branzi’s exhibition, my friends Matteo and Anne Sophie were discussing about life, let’s say life…. Sophie was telling us one of her instagram and follower stories, regarding her future success… After a moment of silence, we look at her not completely understanding neither agreeing on what she thinks… but! we quickly realized this is not a group. So we say, “se Sophie è brava, io e Matteo siamo bravi, se Matteo è bravo, io e Sophie siamo brave, se io sono brava, Matteo e Sophie sono bravi”
Let’s talk about connections! Bello!
